Alex Hagger

Director – Accounting & Finance
(Permanent and Interim)

Alex has over 15 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, working in some of the most renowned recruitment organisations. Specialising in mid to senior Finance & Accounting recruitment Alex has worked with a wide variety of clients from start-ups through to large multinationals.

In an industry that is notorious for being short-termist, Alex takes a bigger picture view and loves building relationships with clients and candidates where he can be a trusted advisor. From career planning to talent pipeline building, Alex loves to pass on his knowledge and expertise.

Away from recruiting, Alex lives in Guildford with his wife Olivia and children Jasper and Imogen. Alex loves sports and the outdoors and is a keen rower, cyclist and golfer.

Nicola Cutts

Director - Accounting & Finance
(Permanent and Interim)

Nicola has fifteen year’s experience working within finance recruitment having spent time in both large, multinational and boutique consultancies. Focussing on qualified recruitment Nicola has had the opportunity to work with a blue chip client base as well as supporting the SME market in both London and the Home Counties.

Nicola is focussed on the customer, ensuring that clients and candidates alike receive a comprehensive and collaborative experience from a recruiter who fully understands the market place.

Home life is in Essex with husband Chris and Daughter Alice. Aside from spending time with her family Nicola enjoys going to the gym and is a keen Tottenham Hotspur supporter.
